When the founders of South Valley Developers built their first custom home in Morgan Hill in 1962, their objective was to control the process from the ground up, to produce a home that would meet - or exceed - customer expectations.

Today, the development portfolio of South Valley Developers, a second-generation family-owned and operated business, includes hundreds of single family homes, as well as a diverse range of retirement residences, hotels and commercial projects. While we have grown from a custom home builder into a diversified, full-service real estate development organization, the original vision is as real today as it was when the first nail was driven by our founders in 1962.
