The Courtyard by Marriott is a 130-room, tier-one hotel facility located at First Street and Spring Street in Paso Robles, CA.  Designed in early California architectural style, the project consists of four levels including conference and meeting room facilities, heated outdoor swimming pool and spa, fitness center, and all of the features and qualities that travelers have come to expect from Courtyard by Marriott.
The hotel is anticipated to open in February of 2007.

Located along the beautiful Central Coast, the hotel is visible from Highway 101 and minutes close to beaches, vineyards, historic sites, and California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obisbo.
