The Gateway Center project consists of a six-acre site at the intersection of Cochrane and Monterey Road in Morgan Hill. It has been designed to create an attractive and gracious entrance to the community. The architecture quality and detailing will represent the best Morgan Hill has to offer.

The 6.22- acre site is divided into four parcels which will accommodate retail, food service and professional office as follows:

The 6 acre site for the Gateway Center is zoned General Commercial and is within the city limits of Morgan Hill. To the North of the site is the “El Capri” restaurant. The property is across the street from the Morgan Hill Ranch Business Park. Future plans in the business park call for an extension of Jarvis Drive, which will be directly across from the midpoint of this property. The area is also near the new Madrone Business Park just to the northeast of the Gateway Center project.
